The second type is counter milling. The rotation direction of the milling cutter and the feeding direction of the cutting are opposite. The milling cutter must slide on the workpiece for a period of time before starting to cut, starting with the cutting thickness at zero and reaching the cutting thickness at the end of the cutting. zui big.
During down milling, the cutting force presses the workpiece against the table, and during down milling, the cutting force moves the workpiece away from the table. Due to the good cutting effect of down milling, down milling is usually preferred. Only when the machine has thread clearance problems or problems that cannot be solved by down milling, down milling is considered.
Each time the carbide milling cutter blade of the carbide saw blade gear grinding machine enters the cutting, the cutting edge must bear the impact load, and the load depends on the cross section of the chip, the workpiece material and the cutting type.
