Modification plan of electrical part of TCT band saw blade grinding machine

 

 

(1) Make electric box: enable the operator to control the turntable of the tool post by operating the electric box, so that the gear wheel rotates through the corresponding angle, and the gear wheel is processed.

 

(2) Electric box function: press the self-reset button, the turntable is loosened, locked after turning at a fixed angle, and the indexing is completed.

 

(3) Brief introduction of turntable control process: The control mechanism of turntable mainly includes release and lock solenoid valve, lock and release detection switch in place. During the control process, the PLC receives the control signal and outputs it, and the control turntable performs the corresponding action. Press the button, after PLC receives the index signal, the PLC outputs the release signal, the solenoid valve is released, and the turntable is released. After the PLC receives the release feedback signal, it outputs a forward rotation signal after a delay, the forward rotation solenoid valve is energized, and the turntable rotates forward. After turning to a station angle, the in-position detection switch outputs. After the PLC receives the in-position signal, the locking signal is output after a delay, the locking solenoid valve is energized, the turntable is locked, and the indexing process is completed.

 

(4) Grinding wheel dresser part: the position mode of the servo drive is used to realize the action of the grinding wheel dresser. The position command is provided by the internal register, the command value is set by the servo drive parameter, and the action is triggered by the trigger signal. The PLC selects the register number through the DI signal and triggers the corresponding action to realize the reciprocating motion of the wheel dresser.

 

Safety operation rules of TCT band saw blade grinding machine:

 

1. Before starting the machine, check all the screws, whether the adjusting screws are tightened and properly tightened, whether the grinding wheel is damaged, notched or loose, and add all parts of grease.

 

2. According to the pitch, height and bevel angle of the saw blade. Adjust the pitching distance and the picking stroke, make the pitching cross bar claw at the height of 1/2 of the tooth throat surface, and adjust the inclination angle and lifting height of the grinding wheel frame.

 

3. Grinding wheel must be balanced in rotation, ascent and descent, without bouncing, skewing, if vibration, uneven pedaling, it should be eliminated before it can work, the machine should not sharpen the living parts other than the saw blade.

 

4. Must choose and use the grinding wheel that meets the requirements (qualification certificate, granularity, linear speed standard). The operator shall not stand before and after the direction of rotation of the grinding wheel, but shall stand on the side.

 

5. After the work is completed, the dust on the equipment must be removed, especially the cam of the grinding wheel slide rail to reduce equipment wear.
