3. Grinding wheel must be balanced in rotation, ascent and descent, without bouncing or stringing phenomenon. In case of vibration and uneven pedaling, it should be eliminated before it can work. The machine must not sharpen the living parts except the saw blade.
4. Must choose to use the grinding wheel that meets the requirements (qualification certificate, particle size, linear speed standard). The operator shall not stand before and after the direction of rotation of the grinding wheel, but shall stand on the side.
5. After the work is completed, the dust on the equipment must be removed, especially the slide cam of the grinding wheel frame to reduce the wear of the equipment.

Drive, some use grating and servo motor drive. During grinding, the workpiece moves in the axial direction to grind out the entire tooth surface. The grinding wheel is turned with a diamond turning tool or rolled into a worm shape with a rolling wheel. The machine tool has a vertical layout, continuous indexing, and high grinding efficiency. It is suitable for processing medium-modulus gears in batch production. It is especially suitable for gears with many teeth. The accuracy can reach 4 levels.
④Large plane grinding wheel gear
grinding machine: the working plane of the grinding wheel is equivalent to a tooth surface of the rack, and the involute model (also with steel belt and rolling disc) is used to generate the forming motion. Both the grinding wheel and the workpiece do not reciprocate in the axial direction of the workpiece. After grinding one side of the tooth surface, the teeth are divided by the indexing plate, and all the tooth surfaces are ground in turn.
