One. Common undesirable phenomena and corrective measures when grinding saws (1) The tooth back has unevenness. It is said that the rising section of the outer circular surface of the adjustable eccentric wheel has unevenness, or the outer circular surface of the elliptical wheel has unevenness. This is to repair the defective outer circular surface, and replace parts when the defect is serious. (2) The sharpened tooth tips lower their heads, which indicates that the adjustable eccentric wheel is partially concave near the end of the ascending section of the grinding wheel, or the elliptical road approaches the end of the delayed front section and has convex appearance. This is to repair the defective surface and replace parts when it is serious.
 
two. Maintenance (1) Always remove dust and sand particles on the surface of the machine tool to keep the machine clean and tidy. (2) Sufficient mechanical lubricant should be injected into the worm gear box. When using a new machine tool, clean and replace the mechanical lubricant once a month, and then clean and replace the mechanical lubricant every six months. Grinding Wheel Dressing Technology of TCT Band Saw Blade Gear Grinding Machine
 
1) Cut-in roller dressing
 
When using plunge-cut roller dressing, the diamond roller rotates at a high speed under the drive of the dressing motor, making a plunge movement along the radial direction of the grinding wheel. In order to dress the forming surface, the diamond roller and the grinding wheel move relative to each other in the axial direction. When dressing the forming grinding wheel, the dressing roller and the grinding wheel rotate around the center of rotation at a certain linear speed ratio. The grinding wheel reciprocates along its own axis (Y axis), and the dressing roller follows its own radial direction (W axis) in a certain proportion to follow the axial movement of the grinding wheel. The Y-axis and W-axis interpolation follow arcs or straight lines, and the center of the R arc of the diamond roller follows sand contour equidistant lines. Use the contact point of the roller and the grinding wheel to envelop the section of the grinding wheel.
 
2) Principle of plunge dressing
 
The plunge dressing method has higher requirements for the manufacture of diamond rollers, especially when grinding workpieces with a small number of teeth. On the one hand, the smaller the number of teeth, the smaller the tooth root circle, the larger the contact area of ​​the R arc of the roller when dressing the grinding wheel, and the higher the requirements for roller manufacturing; on the other hand, the less the number of teeth of the workpiece, the smaller the radius of curvature of the involute, and the The profile has a high degree of curvature and is sensitive to radial errors, which puts forward higher requirements for the radial runout error of the roller itself and the dynamic radial runout error after installation.
