When choosing the thickness of the saw blade, the stability of the saw blade and the material to be sawed should be considered.

The diameter of the saw blade is related to the sawing equipment used and the thickness of the workpiece to be sawed. The diameter of the saw blade is small, and the cutting speed is relatively low; the larger the diameter of the saw blade, the higher the requirements for the saw blade and the sawing equipment, and the higher the sawing efficiency.

How to choose the grinding oil of Lidexin saw blade grinding machine?

Grinding is a finishing process, and it has high requirements for surface burns and strains, so the viscosity of the grinding oil is very important. If the lubricity is low, there will be strains, and if the heat dissipation is high, burns may occur. During the grinding process, the instantaneous temperature of the oil can reach 130℃-140℃, so the oil is required to have the characteristics of high flash point. Generally, the flash point of the grinding oil is not lower than 160℃. The excessively high temperature of grinding oil will produce oil fumes and oil mist, which will cause certain harm to workers, especially in a sealed and constant temperature processing environment. Although grinding oil cannot completely eliminate the generation of smoke, it can be suppressed by additives. to reduce hazards to workers.

The average grinding wheel speed of worm grinding is about 3000 rpm. The requirement for smoke is higher than that for forming grinding. The flash point should be above 170, which can reduce the generation of smoke. At the same time, it has high requirements for extreme pressure, and the oil viscosity can be slightly higher than that of forming grinding. ~5, because the rotating speed is fast, if the lubricity is not good, it may cause strain and burns. On the contrary, if the viscosity is too large, the processing heat dissipation is not good, and local burns may also be caused.
