The grinding wheel of the forming grinding wheel grinding machine processed by the forming method is shaped into a tooth shape by the forming grinding wheel dresser in the axial section, and the grinding wheel frame can be fed in the vertical direction. The gear to be ground is supported by the indexing frame and the tailstock, and is longitudinally reciprocated by the table to grind the tooth surface, and the indexing is performed after each tooth is ground. On a machine with a helical gear, the grinding wheel can be rotated at an angle according to the helix angle of the workpiece, and the workpiece can be rotated while reciprocating. If the machine wheel holder enables the grinding wheel to enter the internal gear workpiece, the internal gear can be ground. The forming wheel grinding machine has a simple structure, high efficiency and accuracy of up to 5 grades, which is suitable for batch production, and is particularly suitable for gears with a small number of teeth (for example, less than 10).
Grinding machine development method:
The horizontal band saw machine can be divided into four types according to the shape of the grinding wheel:
1 dish-shaped grinding wheel grinding machine: the narrow side of the two rotating disc-shaped grinding wheels is equivalent to the two tooth faces of the rack. The workpiece is moved by the rolling disc and the steel strip, and the table reciprocates along the axial direction of the workpiece. To grind out the entire tooth width;
2 Conical surface grinding wheel grinding machine: the axial section of the grinding wheel is trimmed into a tooth shape of the rack and linearly reciprocated along the tooth direction;
3 worm wheel grinding machine: The principle is similar to the hobbing machine. The grinding wheel is a large-diameter single-head worm (see worm drive) shape. The grinding wheel rotates one tooth per turn, the workpiece rotates through one tooth, the transmission ratio is accurate, and some use mechanical transmission. Driven by synchronous motors, and some are driven by gratings and servo motors;
4 large plane grinding wheel grinding machine: the working plane of the grinding wheel is equivalent to one tooth surface of the rack, and the involute model (also used with steel belt and rolling disc) produces the forming motion.
Currently in the repair industry, commonly used equipment are: laser welding machine, argon arc welding machine, cold welding machine.
(1) Laser welding machine:
Advantages: high welding precision, small heat affected area, suitable for repair of precision molds.
Disadvantages:
1. The diameter of the welding wire is relatively small, generally 0.2mm and 0.4mm. It is difficult to repair the work with a slightly larger weld repair amount. Therefore, the welding wire is relatively expensive and the efficiency is relatively low.
2, large size, inconvenient to move, not suitable for on-site operation.
3. The welding repair needs to be operated on the workbench. The slightly larger molds and workpieces cannot be operated.
4, the damage in the welding line is more convenient, but for the irregular shape of the defect, the welding is more difficult
(2) TIG welding machine:
Advantages: The welding consumables are all full and the repairing speed is fast.
Disadvantages:
1. The heat-affected area during welding is relatively large, and the probability of the workpiece being liable to cause (down, deformation, undercut, etc.) is relatively large. Especially when it is closed, it is difficult to grasp, usually with welds, or one week.
2, the welding repair accuracy is low, the mold for high precision requirements can not meet the welding requirements.
3, more mold welding repair requires preheating, heat preservation and other processes, which is cumbersome and time consuming.
4, need a wealth of operational experience, welding in a special place.
(3) Cold welder:
Disadvantages:
1, welding repair accuracy and smoothness is low
2, the welding material is relatively small, generally only use nickel-based welding wire or tungsten carbide.
3, the welding speed is slow, not suitable for the rapid production of the factory.
4, the degree of bonding after welding is low, prone to detachment.
