When using a saw blade gear grinder, first place the gear pair at the standard installation distance. Consider this position as the origin of calculating the backlash, then fix the small wheel axis x (or 或), and move the large gear along the z-axis into the meshing direction. A preload of about 680 N is added to ensure that the large and small gears fully enter the double-tooth-side contact. There is an elastic mechanism (floating device) on the transmission mechanism of the gear axis direction (z-axis direction). This mechanism allows the gear to float and move along its axis direction to ensure that the gear teeth of the gear grinding machine are rolling when they are in contact with the double teeth. No stuck situation.

 

After the large gear fully enters the double-tooth-side contact under the preload, the small gear drives the large gear to rotate slowly until the large gear has completed at least one full revolution. In this rotation process, since the existence of the elastic mechanism in the z-axis direction and the application of the preload applied, the large gear will move back and forth along its axis direction (Z-axis direction), and a scale is installed on the z-axis side.
